Hand chased architectural motif napkin ring.  1 1/4" wide.  Unmarked.  Due to style and lack of English or Continental hallmarks, our conclusion is that this is mostly likely of American production.  Ring has three different scenes in addition to the monogram.  Estate silver in excellent condition.
